Greg Lawson is a retired law enforcement lieutenant and academy training director with over 32 years of experience. He has worked as a hostage negotiator, SWAT officer, mental health officer, and a sex crimes and homicide detective. He has also spent much of his adult life exploring strange places. From the first Russian colony in Three Saints Bay, Alaska to the pyramids of Egypt, he has investigated paranormal hot spots in over 40 countries. He is an international lecturer and the author of five books on the paranormal including: Messages from Mothman, Roswell: The After Action Report, How to Be a Paranormal Detective, Diaries of a Paranormalist, and Detecting Paranormal.
Greg currently works as a college professor of criminal justice, specializing in investigative procedures. He teaches these skills to academic students, Texas law enforcement officers, and paranormal investigators. Greg also served ten years in the military and is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
