Fascinated with ghosts, hauntings, and old things spooky from a young age, Richard Estep began investigating claims of the paranormal in 1995. Thirty years later, he’s still looking for answers, and writing about them in the pages of more than 35 books. Richard writes about subjects as disparate as ghosts, UFOs, cryptids, history, current affairs, and emergency medicine. A Brit by birth, he now makes his home in the foothills of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains with his family — many of which are furry and have four legs — and an indecently large library.
Richard was a series regular on all five seasons of Haunted Hospitals; both seasons of Paranormal 911; the shows Paranormal Revenge, Paranormal Night Shift, and Haunted Case Files; and made guest appearances on Destination Fear and A Haunting. He is a regular speaker at conferences and events across the United States, and pops up on far too many podcasts and radio shows when he really ought to be writing instead.
